If you are looking to process a return, please contact our Customer Care team here for assistance, we will communicate directly with the brand and help you throughout the process.
If your order has arrived damaged, doesn't match the listing description or you are concerned that there is a fault, please contact our Customer Care team for assistance.
All returns will be at the expense of the customer, subject to our Terms & Conditions.
If the product(s) you have returned qualifies for a refund, we will process this refund via the same payment method used to place the order. Please allow 7-10 business days from receiving a returns approval to receive your funds.
Our Brands on The DOM provide efficient shipping service throughout Australia. Delivery and Shipping is organised by the brands and shipping costs may vary from the brand.

We ask the brands on The DOM to dispatch items within 48 hours. Please reach out to our Customer Service team here if you have any queries relating to the shipment of your order.
The standard delivery time differs between brands. In the event that a product ordered is not available we will endeavour to notify you within 2 business days to arrange an alternative product or a full refund.
Why is my order split into different deliveries?
If you have purchased multiple items from different brands you will receive separate deliveries. All the products sold on The DOM will be shipped directly from the brand.
