Shipping & Delivery

Our brands on The DOM provide efficient shipping service throughout Australia. Delivery and shipping is organised by the brands and shipping costs may vary brand by brand. You can view a brand's shipping timeframe and costs by clicking on shipping in the product's page you are wishing to purchase. You can get free shipping if your order is above the free shipping threshold which you can also find in the product page and in your cart. We ask the brands on The DOM to dispatch items within 48 hours.

Once you place your order, The DOM will send you an order confirmation email with all your details. We immediately notify the brands, and you’ll receive a tracking number via email once the brand ships your order. You can also access your order information via your account.

Returns

You can return items with a discount less than 60% off the listing price. You will be eligible for a monetary refund, or a credit note depending on the specific brand policy.

For products where the listed price has a discount greater than 60% off, please check the brand policy by clicking on the orange help button and typing in the brand, or by clicking ‘Brand Policies’ at the bottom of this page. Some items with a discount greater than 60% off are final sale clearance products which are not eligible for a return, please check the brand policy before you purchase these products. Please note, in most cases, you will need to pay for the cost of the return unless the item is faulty, or a brand has shipped an item in error.

To begin your return, please contact us here and we'll send you the details to post your return back to the brand. Once the brand receives your return, we’ll process your refund or send you your credit note within 2-4 business days.
