Shipping & Delivery
Our brands on The DOM provide efficient shipping service throughout Australia. Delivery and shipping is organised by the brands and shipping costs may vary brand by brand. You can view a brand's shipping timeframe and costs by clicking on shipping in the product's page you are wishing to purchase. You can get free shipping if your order is above the free shipping threshold which you can also find in the product page and in your cart. We ask the brands on The DOM to dispatch items within 48 hours.
Once you place your order, The DOM will send you an order confirmation email with all your details. We immediately notify the brands, and you’ll receive a tracking number via email once the brand ships your order. You can also access your order information via your account.
For real-time updates, you can also track your order anytime through our tracking portal. Simply enter your order number or tracking number to view your shipment status.

Returns
We accept returns on eligible items in accordance with the timeframes below. Return eligibility is determined by the order date.
Return Windows (March 2026)
• Orders placed on or before Friday 20 March 2026: Eligible for 14-day returns from the date your order is marked as delivered.
• Orders placed between Saturday 21 March – Tuesday 24 March 2026 (inclusive): Eligible for 7-day returns from the date your order is marked as delivered.
• Orders placed from Wednesday 25 March 2026 onwards: Final sale — no returns or exchanges for change of mind.
“Change of mind” includes (but is not limited to) incorrect size, fit, or personal preference.
Discounts & Final Sale Items
The below applies to eligible orders within the return windows outlined above.
• Items discounted more than 60% off may be marked as final sale and not eligible for return.
• Please refer to the relevant brand policy before purchasing heavily discounted items.
Brand-Specific Policies
As a marketplace, some brands have specific return requirements:
• Some brands require a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) before accepting a return.
• If applicable, our team will provide RMA details after your return request is reviewed and approved.
• Please do not send items back until these instructions have been provided.
Brands requiring an RMA include:

• Scotch & Soda
Return Costs
Unless an item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, return shipping costs are typically the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds
For eligible returns within the applicable return windows:
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.
• Store credits will not be issued.
• Once your return is received and approved, refunds are processed within 2–4 business days.
To begin your return, you can easily submit a request through our Returns Portal or contact us here and we’ll send you the details to post your return back to the brand. Once the brand receives your return, we’ll process your refund or send your credit note within 2–4 business days.
