The DOM is a Marketplace, what does that mean?

The DOM does not hold any items of clothing, footwear or other physical products in stock. We are an online platform where customers and brands can meet, search and present available products to buy and sell, in one convenient location.
The products on The DOM are shipped directly from the brands you love in Australia.


How do I contact Customer Service?

You can fill out our online form here and we will reply to you at the earliest convenience. Our Customer Service team is available 9am - 5pm (AEST) Monday to Friday.



Shipping & Delivery

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you an email. You can follow the status of your order using the tracking number provided in this message.

If you’ve received your dispatch email but there was no tracking attached, feel free to reach out to us here.


My shipping address is wrong, what do I do?

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you an email. If the address is incorrect please submit your new address here.


If I only placed one order, why am I receiving multiple parcels?

Purchases are shipped from our sellers, therefore if your order contains items from multiple sellers, they will be shipped to you separately, from different locations.


I’ve received one item, but where’s the rest of my order?

Items are shipped by the seller, so if your order comprises items from multiple sellers, each item will arrive separately.

Orders

The product I bought does not fit, what do I do?

Our brands on The DOM have individual returns policies so please be sure to read through their Terms and Conditions. For a specific brand's returns policy, please click the help icon and simply search the brand's name.

Please contact our friendly Customer Care team here, and they will be happy to contact the seller on your behalf to answer your order queries.


I received the wrong item

We are really sorry this has happened. So we can help you as soon as possible, could you please complete a contact form outlining your order details and one of our friendly team members will be able to reach out to the brand and fix up your order.


What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments via Paypal, VISA, Mastercard, Google Pay, Apple Pay and Afterpay. Your account will be charged at the time of order. Please note the transaction will appear on your statement as Millennial Mall Pty Ltd.



Return & Exchanges

Do I qualify for a refund or exchange?

Returns policies will vary from brand to brand so we encourage our customers to make sure they have read the brand’s specific Returns policy prior to purchasing.

How do I lodge an exchange?

Please complete our exchange form with the appropriate details. Prior to completing the form, please be sure to review the brand's return policy here to see if your purchase is eligible. One of our friendly team members will be in touch with you to assist.


How do I lodge a return on my account?

If you have placed an order under your account, you can login to your account here. and request your return in your "My Account" portal.

You will receive an email with a returns address label and further instructions to complete your return by submitting your request.


How do I lodge a return as a guest?

We encourage all our customers to create an account when they purchase on The DOM for easier returns.

Please contact our Customer Service team here so that we can assist with your return. Ensure to include your order number and product(s) you wish to return.

Our team will process the return request, and you will receive an email with details of where to send back the products.
