Even better, if you purchase a qualifying item from The DOM and you find the same item cheaper elsewhere (or cheaper on The DOM) within 7 days of your purchase, we will credit you the difference between the price paid and the price found, all subject to our member Price Promise T&C’s.

Eligible Products

·       We will only match prices on DOM member-priced and labelled product, unless otherwise stated.

·       The item being matched must be identical to the one offered on our website, including the brand, model number, size, colour, and any other specifications.

·       The item being matched must be new, in stock, and available for immediate purchase from the qualifying online retailer located in Australia.

Eligible Retailers

·       Eligible retailers include The Iconic, David Jones, Myer, ASOS AU, The Archive Place, JD Sport, Footlocker, Rebel Sports, Universal Store and individual Brands own Australian websites. We reserve the right to determine who is a comparable online retailer when deciding on the eligibility for each price match request.

·       We will only match prices found online, not in physical stores.

Exclusions

We will NOT match prices;

·       On items in liquidation sales, VIP programs, stacked coupon offers.

·       On Items on auction sites or resale sites.

·       On Items in physical stores.

·       On Items available only as part of a bundled offer or promotional package.

·       On Items on backorder or out of stock.

·       On Items sold by international websites trading in Australia using currency converters.

·       On Items with clear pricing errors made by other sites.

·       On secondhand/pre-loved/resale/vintage items.

Price Promise Process: Pre-Purchase Price Beat

·       Contact The DOM customer service team before making a purchase.  You can reach us via email at pricematch@thedom.com 

Details required:

o   Provide details of the product on The DOM site including a URL link

o   Proof of the lower price, including a URL link to the website

o   Or a copy of the advertisement showing the lower price

·       Our customer service team will verify the price match request by checking the competitor’s website or store to confirm the price and availability of the item.

·       Once our customer service team verifies and approves, we will provide you with a coupon code to give you the cheaper price less 10%, noting that this code cannot be used in conjunction with any other promo code.

·       The entire verification and approval process typically takes up to 1 business day. 

Price Promise Process: Post-Purchase Price Match

·       Contact The DOM customer service team before making a purchase.  You can reach us via email at pricematch@thedom.com 

·       Details required:

o   Provide details of the product on The DOM site including a URL link

o   Proof of the lower price, including a URL link to the website

o   Or a copy of the advertisement showing the lower price.

·       Our customer service team will verify the price match request by checking the competitor’s website or store to confirm the price and availability of the item.

·       Price match requests on items already purchased must be made within 7 days of purchase. 

·       Approved requests will receive a DOM coupon code or a credit on your DOM customer account for the value of the difference to use on a future DOM purchase.

·       The entire verification and approval process typically takes up to 1 business day. 

Limitations

·       Customers are allowed up to 3 price match requests per month. Additional requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

·       Price match guarantees do not apply to prices after coupons, discounts, or promotional codes have been applied to the competitor’s item.

·       The price match coupon provided by our customer service team cannot be used in conjunction with any other coupon code.

·       When comparing prices, the total cost of the item including shipping and taxes will be considered. The price match will be based on the total purchase price, not just the base item price.

·       The DOM reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Insiders Price Promise at any time without prior notice.

·       Any changes will be posted on our website, and the terms in effect at the time of your purchase will apply.

·       The DOM reserves the right to determine the eligibility of a price match request at our sole discretion.
