If your order hasn't arrived or something isn't right, please submit an enquiry and our team will follow up. Include your full name and order details so we can assist you quickly. Our team is available until 17 April 2026.

If you have an unredeemed store credit or gift card balance, you are entitled to a refund. Please complete our refund request form and we will process your refund as quickly as possible. Refunds will be issued within 7–10 business days of your request.

Our returns portal has closed. For any urgent return enquiries, please contact our customer service team and we will assess your situation individually.
Please note: all orders placed from 25 March 2026 are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. If you have a faulty claim, please reach out to the brand directly.
